Each Paracord wristband is custom made; we cannot accept returns for sizing errors. Our refund policy is All Sales Final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged do to our workmanship. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return your product, if replacement is approved. you should mail your product to: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
